Residential and small commercial* customers of Ohio Edison, The Illuminating Company and Toledo Edison (FirstEnergy’s utilities), are eligible for rebates for a tune up of their HVAC system, as well as rebates for the purchase and installation of qualifying high-efficiency HVAC systems.
